The Dragon Ball Kid Buu rig is a free Maya rig of the final, most dangerous form of Majin Buu, built by Emilio Serrano on Advanced Skeleton for full-body, cartoon exaggeration. Version 2 adds biceps controls for arm squash and stretch, hide-on-playback, and Viewport 2.0 shaders. There is no face rig: this one is built for body animation.

Everything the rig ships with. What you get on day one:
Set up for elastic, full-body cartoon exaggeration.
Extra controls on the arms for better squash and stretch.
Keeps the viewport clean and responsive while you scrub.
The look stays close to the source material without a render.
Pure instinct, pure chaos. Kid Buu is the most unhinged villain in Dragon Ball Z, a character defined entirely by his wild, elastic physique, and Emilio Serrano's rig leans into that completely.
The Advanced Skeleton setup is built for exaggeration across the whole body. The v2 update came from animating with it: biceps controls so the arms squash and stretch properly, and hide on playback so the viewport stays clean when you scrub through a fast shot.
Viewport 2.0 shaders keep him looking like Kid Buu while you work. The face is not rigged, so plan your shots around the body and the silhouette.
Kid Buu set up for full-body cartoon animation in Maya.
Better arm squash and stretch.
A cleaner viewport while scrubbing.
Faithful to the source material without rendering.
Free to download and use in your own animation work.
