Common Issues

I can’t find my download

Log in to your account and go to My Account → Downloads. All purchased and free products you’ve added to your account are listed there. If a product is missing, contact us with your order number.

I’m having trouble logging in

Use the Lost Password link on the login page to reset your password via email. If you’re still locked out, contact us and we’ll sort it manually.

A product isn’t working as expected

First, check the product page to confirm your software version is listed as compatible. Then check the Discord community, another user may have already solved the same issue. If it’s a genuine product defect, contact us and we’ll investigate.

I have a billing or payment question
